DELIVERY POLICY

UK NATIONWIDE SHIPPING TERMS

1. Order Dispatch Timescales

All interior automotive replacement parts held in our UK warehouse will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 standard working days from the moment your order is fully confirmed. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding all UK national public holidays, bank holidays, weekends and seasonal closure periods. Any orders submitted after 16:00 GMT on a Friday will enter processing queues from the following Monday morning. Pre-ordered items for out-of-stock components will be dispatched immediately once stock arrives at our facility, and customers will receive automated email updates regarding restock and dispatch progress throughout the waiting period.

2. Standard UK Delivery Rate

A fixed flat tracked delivery charge of £5.62 is applied to every standard order shipped to all mainland UK addresses, with no minimum order value required to qualify for this set shipping cost. This fixed rate includes full end-to-end parcel tracking, secure protective packaging for fragile interior components such as control switches, air vent trims and dashboard fittings, as well as full liability cover against lost or damaged parcels in transit. No additional surcharges are added for standard-sized interior parts within the standard weight limit of 15kg per single parcel.

3. Regional Delivery Coverage & Extended Lead Times

We provide tracked delivery services across every region within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Customers residing in remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Welsh Valleys and Northern Irish rural postcode zones should expect extended delivery lead times of 2 to 3 additional working days on top of our standard transit window. While our fixed £5.62 shipping fee remains applicable for these locations, oversized heavy components exceeding the 15kg parcel weight threshold will incur a supplementary surcharge which will be clearly displayed at checkout before order completion.

4. Parcel Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Once your goods leave our warehouse, a dedicated tracking reference number will be sent automatically to the email address linked to your customer account. This tracking code allows real-time monitoring of your shipment’s location, courier handling stages and estimated delivery date via our official tracking portal. Our courier partner will send pre-delivery SMS and email alerts to notify you of the exact day and approximate time window your parcel will arrive. If no recipient is available to receive the package at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or local collection from the nearest courier depot.

5. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

In the event that your delivered interior components arrive with visible damage to packaging or goods, or your shipment is marked as lost in transit by the courier network, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. You will be required to provide clear photographic evidence of damaged packaging and affected vehicle parts for our claims process with the courier provider. Upon successful validation of your claim, we will arrange a full complimentary replacement shipment of your ordered items with zero extra delivery charges, or process a full product refund in accordance with our returns policy at your request.

6. Address Amendments & Delivery Responsibility

Customers bear full responsibility for entering accurate, complete shipping address details at the point of checkout. Requests to amend delivery addresses can only be accommodated if submitted to our support team before your order has been marked as dispatched by our warehouse team. Once a parcel has been collected by our courier partner, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur extra redirection fees charged directly by the courier service. Parcels returned to our warehouse due to incorrect, incomplete or abandoned delivery addresses will require a secondary £5.62 shipping payment for re-delivery to a corrected location.

7. Bulk Trade & Workshop Wholesale Orders

For business customers placing large bulk orders for vehicle repair workshops and fleet maintenance providers, our fixed £5.62 standard shipping charge still applies to each individual parcel under 15kg. Trade clients ordering multiple pallets of interior components can enquire with our B2B support team for bespoke discounted bulk delivery rates for regular recurring orders. All wholesale shipments retain full tracked transit coverage and damage protection as standard, matching the same service level offered to private retail customers.
