RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. General Return Eligibility
FLAGSHIP CARS adheres to UK Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations for all retail and trade orders placed within the United Kingdom. Customers are entitled to return unused, unmodified and undamaged automotive interior components within a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. This return window applies to both private vehicle owners and professional workshop clients. All returned goods must remain in their original factory packaging, free from installation marks, scratches, dirt, or any signs of fitting attempt. Any parts that have been fitted, modified, damaged or used in a vehicle will not qualify for refund or exchange.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods Claims
If any interior component arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or does not match the ordered product specification, customers must submit a formal damage claim within 48 hours of recorded delivery. Clear photographic evidence of packaging condition and faulty merchandise is required to validate all claims. Once verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full product refund or a free replacement unit based on customer preference. Faulty item claims submitted outside the 48-hour window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined due to inability to verify transit damage liability.
3. Customer Change of Mind Returns
For standard change-of-mind returns where the customer no longer requires the ordered interior parts, all return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The original fixed delivery fee of £5.62 charged at checkout is non-refundable under all circumstances. All returned items must be received and inspected by our warehouse team before any refund process is initiated. Products showing installation traces, cosmetic damage or missing original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or full cancellation of the refund request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of automotive interior components are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene, safety and fitting accuracy reasons:
- Any parts that have been installed, tested or fitted to a vehicle
- Custom-ordered, modified or bespoke interior components
- Clearance, discounted or final-sale items
- Items returned incomplete, damaged or without original packaging
5. Refund Processing Times
Once returned goods are received, inspected and approved by our quality control team, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. The exact timing depends on individual financial provider processing speeds. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. FLAGSHIP CARS is not liable for bank processing delays or third-party provider waiting times that may extend refund arrival dates.
6. Trade & Bulk Order Returns
B2B workshop and fleet bulk orders follow the same 14-day return policy for unused stock. Large-volume return requests must notify our support team in advance to arrange bulk return handling. Custom trade-discounted orders may have restricted return eligibility, which will be clearly confirmed during wholesale quotation and order confirmation stages.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel any order free of charge before the item has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. Once an order has been processed, packed or collected by the courier, cancellation is no longer available, and customers will need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the goods.
